Cinnamon Chips with Fruit Topping  Print Recipe
Ingredients

  • 2 kiwis, peeled and diced
  • 2 apples, peeled, cored, and diced
  • 1 (8-ounce) package frozen raspberries, thawed
  • 1 pound fresh or frozen strawberries, thawed and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons fruit preserves, any flavor
  • 10 (10-inch) flour tortillas
  • Butter flavor cooking spray
  • 1 cup cinnamon sugar
Directions
  • In a large bowl, mix kiwis, apples, raspberries, strawberries, white sugar, brown sugar and fruit preserves.
  • Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat one side of each tortilla with cooking spray. Sprinkle each tortilla with 1 ½ tablespoons of cinnamon sugar. Cut into eight wedges.
  • Place wedges on cookie sheets and bake for eight to ten minutes or until wedges are golden brown and crispy.
  • Allow wedges to cool for 15 minutes.
  • Top cinnamon wedges with chilled fruit sauce.
