Cinnamon Chips with Fruit
Topping

Ingredients
- 2 kiwis, peeled and diced
- 2 apples, peeled, cored, and diced
- 1 (8-ounce) package frozen raspberries,
thawed
- 1 pound fresh or frozen strawberries,
thawed and sliced
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons fruit preserves, any flavor
- 10 (10-inch) flour tortillas
- Butter flavor cooking spray
- 1 cup cinnamon sugar
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix kiwis, apples,
raspberries, strawberries, white sugar, brown sugar and fruit
preserves.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at
least 15 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat one
side of each tortilla with cooking spray. Sprinkle each tortilla
with 1 ½ tablespoons of cinnamon sugar. Cut into eight wedges.
- Place wedges on cookie sheets and bake for
eight to ten minutes or until wedges are golden brown and crispy.
- Allow wedges to cool for 15 minutes.
- Top cinnamon wedges with chilled fruit
sauce.
